• The Thai baht withdraw guarantees only from Kasikorn bank during 8am-6pm)
• The period between 5 minutes to 2 hours only applies for the our approval period which excludes the period of transfer from the bank or blockchain confirmation.
• The affected users will be accountable for the compensated taxes
• Bitkub Online Co., Ltd. will transfer the compensated amount within 30 days after investigation.
• Bitkub Online Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

หากคุณลูกค้าทำการถอนเงินและได้รับการอนุมัติจากทาง บริษัท บิทคับ ออนไลน์ จำกัด ช้ากว่า 2 ชั่วโมงทางเราจะดำเนินการชดเชยเงินเข้าบัญชีให้คุณลูกค้าตามมูลค่าดังกล่าว

หมายเหตุ

• การถอนเงินบาทรับประกันเฉพาะการถอนเข้าธนาคารกสิกรไทยเท่านั้น (เวลา 08.00–18.00 น.)
• ระยะเวลา 5 นาที — 2 ชม. คือระยะเวลาที่ทางทีมงานดำเนินการและอนุมัติแต่ไม่รวมระยะเวลาดำเนินการของทางธนาคารหรือบล็อคเชน
• มูลค่าที่ทางบริษัทชดเชยเป็นมูลค่าก่อนถูกหักภาษี โดยลูกค้าจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบในการชำระภาษีดังกล่าว
• ทางบริษัทจะดำเนินการชดเชยภายในระยะเวลา 30 วันหลังจากได้ทำการตรวจสอบสำเร็จแล้ว
• บริษัท บิทคับ ออนไลน์ จำกัด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์เปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขโดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
