1.El Salvador ซื้อบิตคอยน์เพิ่ม 200 BTC ไม่หวั่นราคาที่ลดลง
ประธานาธิบดี Nayib Bukele ของประเทศเอลซัลวาดอร์ (El Salvador) ประกาศว่าทางรัฐบาลได้เข้าซื้อ Bitcoin เพิ่มอีก 150 เหรียญเพื่อถือเป็นสินทรัพย์สำรอง ท่ามกลางราคาที่ลดลงมาทำระดับต่ำสุดที่ 42,900 ดอลลาร์
ก่อนหน้านี้ไม่นาน เอลซัลวาดอร์ได้ประกาศผ่านร่างกฏหมายที่ทำให้ Bitcoin กลายเป็นสินทรัพย์ที่สามารถใช้ชำระหนี้ได้ถูกต้องตามกฏหมายประเทศแรกของโลก พร้อมเข้าซื้อ Bitcoin เพื่อถือครองไปแล้วถึง 200 เหรียญ
El Salvador buys the dip as Bitcoin price flash crashes to $42.9K
Bitcoin (BTC) holders took profits on Tuesday, just as El Salvador moved to recognize the digital currency as legal tender in a landmark move that could have significant implications for global adoption.
Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele confirmed that his government bought the dip by snatching up 150 BTC during the depths of the selloff. As Cointelegraph reported, El Salvador made its first BTC purchase Monday on the eve of the Bitcoin Law coming into effect. The initial purchase of 200 BTC was valued at roughly $10.4 million.

2.Ukraine เตรียมอนุมัติกฏหมายให้ประกอบกิจการ Cryptocurrency ในประเทศ
เมื่อวันพุธที่ผ่านมา รัฐสภาประเทศยูเครน (Ukraine) ประกาศยอมรับกฏหมายที่จะอนุมัติให้สามารถประกอบกิจการเกี่ยวกับกระดานแลกเปลี่ยนคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีภายในประเทศได้เป็นครั้งแรก
โดยมอบหมายให้กระทรวงดิจิทัล (Ministry of Digital Transformation) เป็นผู้ดูแลกฏระเบียบต่าง ๆ พร้อมคาดหวังว่าจะสามารถดึงดูดเม็ดเงินจากนักลงทุนสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลเข้ามาในประเทศได้
Ukraine passes legislation to recognize and regulate crypto
Ukraine is hoping its new digital asset regulations will attract foreign crypto exchanges to set up shop in the Eastern European nation.
On Wednesday, the Ukrainian Parliament adopted the draft law “On Virtual Assets,” legally recognizing cryptocurrency in the country for the first time. The legislation is based on the existing standards developed by the intergovernmental policy-making organization, Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering (FATF).

3.Ethereum กว่า 2 แสนเหรียญถูกเผาแล้ว
ข้อมูลล่าสุดจาก ethburned.info ระบุว่าเหรียญ Ether (ETH) กว่า 200,000 เหรียญ หรือคิดเป็นมูลค่า $682,000,000 (ประมาณ 22,000,000,000 บาท) ถูกเผาไปเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว โดยมีอัตราการเผาเหรียญเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 300 ETH ต่อชั่วโมง

More Than 200,000 Ethereum Burned by EIP-1559
The amount of Ethereum burned by EIP-1559, a recently implemented upgrade that burns transaction fees that used to go to miners, has surpassed 200,000 ETH (about $675 million at the prices at which it was burned).
A total of 204,281.8 ETH has been burned, worth some $682 million, according to ethburned.info.

4.Visa มุ่งนำ Bitcoin สู่บราซิล

Visa reportedly aims to integrate Bitcoin payments in Brazil
Visa Brazil executive outlines plans for implementing crypto assets such as Bitcoin onto the payments platform.
In a recent interview with local Brazilian news outlet Seu Dinheiro, Eduardo Abreu, vice president of new business at payments giant Visa, revealed the company’s intentions to integrate crypto assets onto its platform for both payments and as a store of value, including the leading cryptocurrency, Bitcoin (BTC).

Blockchain security company GK8 announces custody partnership with Stellar
Blockchain cybersecurity company GK8 will be offering custody and tokenization services to the Stellar network, a move that could spark institutional interest in the Stellar Lumen (XLM) token.
By integrating with Stellar, customers of GK8 can access XLM investments in a custodial setting, opening the door to offline transactions of the digital currency, the company announced Monday. GK8 has said that its infrastructure eliminates the risk of cyberattacks while also providing scalable, high-frequency transactions.

More countries to follow El Salvador’s Bitcoin move, Cardano creator says
Following El Salvador’s historic adoption of Bitcoin (BTC) as legal tender on Tuesday, Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson predicted that a lot more countries will eventually follow in the Latin American nation’s footsteps.
El Salvador’s Bitcoin acceptance further legitimizes the belief that people should be in control of their money, Hoskinson said in his “Congratulations Bitcoin” YouTube video on Tuesday.

Russian Duma wants to regulate crypto mining as business
As Russian cryptocurrency advocates are working to attract global crypto mining operators, local lawmakers have gotten more serious about regulating the industry.
Anatoly Aksakov, chairman of the Russian State Duma Committee on Financial Markets, claimed that Russian lawmakers are now considering recognizing the crypto mining industry as a form of entrepreneurship under local business laws, TASS news agency reported on Wednesday.

Two Central American countries, Honduras and Guatemala, are taking a cue from their common neighbor’s adoption of Bitcoin (BTC), but they are taking a very different road.
Instead of embracing an existing cryptocurrency as a legal tender, like what El Salvador did, the central banks of Honduras and Guatemala are currently studying central bank digital currencies (CBDC).
