Meet Bitkub.com’s Chief Operation Officer (COO), Piyapong Kodchana (Took)
Took’s expertise in managing his portioned duties had uplifted his career from Associate employee to leading the operation and customer service team at Bitkub.com. Took’s interests had been directed to the emergence of blockchain technology. After a successful three years at his previous job, Took believes that blockchain will become the leading technology in the near future and that is why he joined Bitkub.com
Took’s knowledge in computer science expanded his interests in knowing further how computer games are designed. In order to rectify his curiosity, he joined Garena, one of the Southeast Asia’s largest gaming platforms, as a Gaming Planner. At Garena, he verified game patch data; participated in leading a community of gamers to understand their needs; and led the strategic campaign in analyzing gaming designs.
Took first joined Bitkub.com as Operation and Customer Service Manager. His main roles were to support the IT team, marketing team, and customer service team. His achievements got him promoted to become the Chief Operating Officer. He ensures that the customer service team give their best to provide 24/7 quality services to the customers. He also manages in setting up customer service systems in responding to customers.
Took believes that blockchain will change the world, and by joining Bitkub.com, he will be part of the transformation.

คุณตุ๊กเป็นคนที่มีความรู้ในด้านคอมพิวเตอร์และมีความอยากรู้อยากเห็นในการวางแผนและออกแบบเกม ทำให้ก่อนหน้านี้คุณตุ๊กได้ร่วมงานกับ Garena หนึ่งในแพล็ตฟอร์มเกมมิ่งที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ โดยคุณตุ๊กมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบการวางแผนเกม การตรวจสอบข้อมูลแพชท์เกม และการดูแลและสื่อสารกับชุมชนออนไลน์เพื่อให้ทราบถึงความต้องการของเหล่าเกมเมอร์ นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นนักวางแผนแคมเปญและนักวิเคราะห์กลยุทธ์การออกแบบเกมอีกด้วย
ต่อมาคุณตุ๊กได้เข้าร่วมกับ Bitkub.com ในฐานะผู้จัดการฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าและฝ่ายปฏิบัติงานตามลำดับ คุณตุ๊กมีหน้าที่สนับสนุนทีมงานฝ่ายไอที ทีมการตลาด และทีมบริการลูกค้า พร้อมๆ กัน ด้วยความสามารถเหล่านี้ ประกอบกับการออกแบบและสร้างระบบสนับสนุนฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า ทำให้คุณตุ๊กได้รับการเลื่อนตำแหน่งเป็นประธานเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ (COO) ปัจจุบันคุณตุ๊กก็ยังคงสนับสนุนงานฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าให้สามารถให้บริการได้อย่างมีคุณภาพตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง
