Meet Bitkub.com’s HR Admin, Suttanut Thaiyanan (Nut)
Nut’s interests in blockchain technology led him to join Bitkub.com. He believes that the technology will disrupt the administrative aspect of HR. Ever since his arrival at Bitkub.com, he’d been positive that the technology will take HR practices to a different height, and through its application, “it will transform our approach to work in this profession.”
Nut studied at Thammasat University, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Social Work. He started his career at Orient Thai Airlines Co. Ltd as a Cabin Crew where he successfully recruited a good number of professionals, and also managed crew members, while ensuring their safety. Nut advanced his career by joining Kinof Innovation Co., Ltd. as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director by providing secretarial, administrative and managerial assistance.
Nut’s achievements are pertinent to the HR profession. Joining Bitkub.com, he manages the documentation of newly employed professionals.
Responding to his decision to joining Bitkub.com:
“I see a lot of potentials in the blockchain technology industry, especially the way it would improve our society. It is new, challenging, and thus, promising. I became interested in joining Bitkub.com after learning about the company’s vision which I strongly believe in.”
Nut is hardworking. He is also people-oriented. He voices out the challenges to work ethics, especially in the HR profession. He’d showed concerns about the approaches HR professionals exhibit in dealing with, and convincing people to join their respective companies. This concern had led him to enroll for further studies related to human resource management to upgrade his career ambition. He firmly hopes that by the end of the HRM enrollment program, he’d gain necessary knowledge needed to exert HR development plan to ease recruitment, better talent management schemes, and provide solutions to employee retention through organizational interpersonal interactions.
Apart from work, Nut enjoys learning, traveling, watching movies and cooking. He’s also in charge of arranging company’s monthly outing, where all the members of Bitkub.com assemble together to enjoy sumptuous meals.

คุณนัทเข้าศึกษาที่มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ได้รับปริญญาตรีสาขา Social Work คุณนัทได้เริ่มต้นอาชีพการงานที่ บริษัท โอเรียนท์ไทยแอร์ไลน์ จำกัด ในฐานะลูกเรือ (สจ๊วต) ทำหน้าที่คัดเลือกสรรหาบุคคลเข้าทำงานและดูแลการบริหารจัดการลูกเรือเพื่อความปลอดภัย ต่อมาคุณนัทได้เข้าร่วมงานกับ บริษัท Kinof Innovation จำกัด ในฐานะผู้ช่วยส่วนตัวของกรรมการผู้จัดการ มีหน้าที่สนับสนุนงานด้านเลขานุการ การบริหารและการจัดการ
ผลงานของคุณนัทคือเรื่องการจัดการจำนวนมากในฝ่ายงาน HR สำหรับที่ Bitkub.com คุณนัทจัดการในส่วนของพนักงานและผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เข้ามาใหม่
เมื่อถามว่าทำไมถึงตัดสินใจร้วมงานกับ Bitkub.com คุณนัทตอบว่า
“ผมเห็นศักยภาพในเทคโนโลยี blockchain โดยเฉพาะการช่วยทำให้สังคมของเราดีขึ้น นี่เป็นเรื่องใหม่ที่มีความท้าทายและมีแววสำเร็จ ผมสนใจร่วมงานกับ Bitkub.com เพราะบริษัทมีวิสัยทัศน์เหมือนกับที่ผมมี”
คุณนัทเป็นคนขยัน และทำงานโดยมีคนเป็นหัวใจของการทำงาน โดยเฉพาะด้านจริยธรรมของฝ่ายบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล คุณนัทมีความกังวลเกี่ยวกับแนวทางที่ฝ่าย HR ใช้ในการติดต่อสื่อสารและชักชวนคนให้เข้ามาร่วมงานในบริษัทต่างๆ เรื่องนี้ทำให้คุณนัทได้เข้าศึกษาต่อในด้านการจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ (HRM) เพื่อยกระดับความความเป็นมืออาชีพของเขา คุณนัทหวังว่าจะได้รับความรู้ที่จำเป็นในการใช้วางแผน HR เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการรับสมัครพนักงานให้มีการจัดการที่ดีขึ้น สามารถจัดหาผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่ความสามารถสูงมาร่วมงานได้มากขึ้น รวมถึงการรักษาปฏิสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างบุคคลในองค์กรให้ยิ่งดีขึ้น
นอกเวลางาน คุณนัทชื่นชอบการเรียน การเดินทาง ภาพยนตร์และการทำอาหาร นอกจากนี้ คุณนัทยังมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบอาหารอร่อยๆ ในการจัดเลี้ยงพนักงานแบบรายเดือนของ Bitkub.com อีกด้วย
