1.กิจกรรม “Bitkub x Circle Airdrop — ฝากเงินครั้งแรกกับ Bitkub รับเหรียญ USDC ระดับโลก! (“กิจกรรม”) นี้ จัดขึ้นโดย บริษัท บิทคับ ออนไลน์ จำกัด (“บริษัทฯ”)
2.กิจกรรมนี้ เริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 กันยายน 2565 - 15 ตุลาคม 2565 นี้ เวลา 23:59 น.
3.ผู้ที่มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมครั้งนี้จะต้องเป็นลูกค้าบิทคับบิทคับ ที่ยังไม่เคยฝากเงิน เข้ามาในระบบ โดยจะต้องฝากเงินครั้งแรกเข้ามาขั้นต่ำ 500 บาท และกรอกฟอร์ม https://forms.gle/NZ6MgbDfd8tA2r5E6 นี้เท่านั้น และทางบริษัทฯจะทำการแอร์ดรอปเหรียญ USDC ให้ไม่เกิน 60 วันทำการหลังสิ้นสุดกิจกรรม *จำกัดจำนวน 2,500 สิทธิ์ตลอดระยะเวลากิจกรรม
4.ผู้ที่มีสิทธิ์ได้รับรางวัลจะต้องมีสถานะบัญชีเป็น KYC1 ขึ้นไป (ที่มีการยืนยันตัวตนเรียบร้อยแล้ว)
5.ผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัล คือผู้ที่ทำตามกติกาด้านบนถูกต้องอย่างครบถ้วน จำนวน 2,500 ท่านแรก
6.ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแจกของรางวัล 6.25 USDC ต่อ 1 รางวัล ต่อ 1 ท่าน ต่อ 1 บัญชีบิทคับ
7.ทางบริษัทฯจะทำการโอนเหรียญไปยังกระเป๋าของผู้ที่ได้รับสิทธิ์ที่ทำตรงตามเงื่อนไขภายใน 60 วันทำการ หลังสิ้นสุดระยะเวลากิจกรรม 15 ตุลาคม 2565
8.ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม จะต้องศึกษา ทำความเข้าใจ และผ่านการอบรมความรู้ เกี่ยวกับคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีเบื้องต้น จากลิงก์ที่แนบไว้ในแบบฟอร์ม
9.ของรางวัลไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดหรือเปลี่ยนเป็นของรางวัลชนิดอื่นได้ และไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้
10.ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมไม่มีสิทธิ์เรียกร้องค่าตอบแทน ค่าเสียหาย ของสินค้าหรือของรางวัลหากชำรุดเมื่อได้รับของรางวัลไปแล้ว หรือเกิดความเสียหายหรือสูญหายระหว่างขนส่ง หรือสิ่งใด ๆ ไม่ว่าทางแพ่ง หรือทางอาญา
11.ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมยินยอมให้บริษัทฯ มีสิทธิ์อย่างเด็ดขาดในการพิมพ์และ/หรือเผยแพร่รายชื่อ รูปถ่าย ของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมเพื่อการโฆษณา และประชาสัมพันธ์ธุรกิจทั้งในปัจจุบันและ/หรือในอนาคต
12.กิจกรรมนี้อาจมีการสิ้นสุดลงก่อนระยะเวลาที่กำหนด หากมีคำสั่งหรือหลักเกณฑ์จากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ที่ทำให้กิจกรรมนี้ ไม่สามารถดำเนินการต่อไปได้
13.การตัดสินของบริษัทฯถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุดโดยไม่มีข้อโต้แย้งใด ๆ
14.บริษัท บิทคับ ออนไลน์ จำกัด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขกิจกรรมโดยไม่จําเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

1.The Bitkub x Circle Airdrop — Stablecoins Galore, Deposit More, Get More : Free USDC for First THB Deposits (“activity”) is organized by Bitkub Online Co., Ltd. (“company”).
2.The activity period starts from 1 September 2022 until 15 October 2022, at 23:59 (GMT+7).
3.Participants eligible for this activity must be Bitkub Exchange customers who have yet to deposit Thai baht into their Bitkub Exchange wallets and the first deposit must be within the minimum value of 500 Thai baht. Eligible participants will be selected from those who fullfil these conditions and fill out the provided form https://forms.gle/NZ6MgbDfd8tA2r5E6 The company with airdrop USDC (USD Coin) coins to users’ wallets within 60 business days after the end of the campaign period. *Limited to the first 2,500 participants throughout the campaign period
4.Eligible participants must have a fully verified (KYC1) Bitkub Exchange account.
5.Eligible participants are the first 2,500 users that comply with the abovementioned conditions.
6.The company reserves the right to reward 1 prize of 6.25 USDC (USD Coin) per 1 user, per 1 Bitkub account.
7.The company will transfer the USD (USD Coin) reward to the eligible winners’ wallet addresses within 60 business days after the end of the campaign period; 15 October 2022.
8.The eligible participants are required to learn, understand and pass the knowledge training about cryptocurrency from the link provided by the company.
9.Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or other campaign rewards and the benefits from this activity cannot be transferred to other persons.
10.Participants are unable to make any legal claims or request compensation if any loss or damage occurs after receiving the reward, including other forms of problems that are out of the company’s control.
11.Participants accept that the company reserves the right to publish and/or distribute the names and photos of all participants for advertisement and announcement purposes in both present and/or future cases.
