ApeCoin คืออะไร?

Bored Ape Yacht Club คืออะไร?
Bored Ape Yacht Club หรือเรียกย่อ ๆ ว่า BAYC คือคอลเลกชัน NFT ที่ได้รับความนิยมและมีมูลค่ารวมมากที่สุดคอลเลกชันหนึ่งในปัจจุบัน ถูกสร้างขึ้นโดย Yuga Labs และเปิดตัวไปเมื่อเดือนเมษายน ปี 2021
ซึ่งเจ้า Bored Ape แม้ดูผิวเผินจะเหมือนภาพ JPEG ธรรมดาทั่วไป แต่สิ่งที่พิเศษคือพวกมันถูกสร้างขึ้นมาด้วยการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์สุ่ม หรือ Generate ส่วนประกอบต่าง ๆ ขึ้นมา ไม่ว่าจะเป็นหน้าตา เสื้อผ้า เครื่องประดับ ฉากหลัง ฯลฯ ทำให้ลิงแต่ละตัวไม่ซ้ำกันเลย และยังถูกสร้างขึ้นมาเพียง 10,000 ตัวเท่านั้น
ในช่วงแรก Bored Ape เปิดให้ซื้อกันที่ราคาเริ่มต้นเพียง 0.08 ETH หรือประมาณ 6,300 บาท ตามมูลค่า Ethereum (ETH) ณ ตอนนั้น แต่เมื่อมาถึงเดือนมีนาคม ปี 2022 ราคาเริ่มต้นของ Bored Ape ที่ซื้อขายกันบน Opensea มีราคาเสนอขายต่ำสุดที่ 118 ETH หรือประมาณ 10,735,050 บาท!
หนึ่งในปัจจัยที่ทำให้มูลค่าของ Bored Ape พุ่งสูงขึ้นขนาดนี้ คือการที่เหล่าผู้ชื่อเสียงในหลาย ๆ วงการต่างพยายามหาเจ้าลิงมาครอบครอง โดยเฉพาะคนจากวงการบันเทิงที่เรารู้จักกันดี เช่น Justin Bieber ที่เพิ่งซื้อ Bored Ape ไปเมื่อวันที่ 29 มกราคม 2022 ที่ผ่านมา โดยตัวที่เขาซื้อคือ Bored Ape #3001 ด้วยมูลค่าสูงถึง 500 ETH หรือประมาณ 45 ล้านบาท หรือจะเป็น Eminem ที่ซื้อเจ้าลิงหมายเลข #9055 ไปด้วยราคา 123.45 ETH หรือประมาณ 11 ล้านบาท แถมยังมีดาราคนอื่นที่มีเจ้าลิงในครอบครอง ไม่ว่าจะเป็น Paris Hilton, Steve Aoki, Snoop Dogg ฯลฯ
ด้วยการที่ Bored Ape ได้รับความนิยมจากเหล่าดาราดัง ประกอบกับการที่ชุมชนผู้ถือ Bored Ape มักจะจัดกิจกรรมหรืองานพบปะที่เปิดให้เฉพาะผู้ถือ Bored Ape เท่านั้น การเป็นเจ้าของ Bored Ape ก็เลยเปรียบเสมือนกับการถือบัตร VIP ที่ทำให้เรามีโอกาสกระทบไหล่กับเหล่าดารามากขึ้นนั่นเอง และยังไม่นับโปรเจกต์อื่น ๆ ในอนาคตของผู้สร้าง Yuga Labs ที่อาจจะมีการนำเจ้าลิงไปใช้ในการเล่นเกมต่าง ๆ บนบล็อกเชนอีกด้วย
ใครคือผู้สร้าง ApeCoin
ผู้สร้าง ApeCoin คือ APE Foundation ที่เป็นการรวมตัวกันของผู้ชื่นชอบ Bored Ape Yacht Club ในขณะที่ทาง Yuga Labs ก็เป็นหนึ่งในสมาชิกของ ApeCoin DAO ซึ่งอาจมีผลต่อแนวโน้มการพัฒนาและการนำ ApeCoin ไปใช้ในโปรเจกต์อื่น ๆ ในอนาคต

การกระจายโทเคน ApeCoin (Tokenomic)
ApeCoin ถูกสร้างออกมาทั้งหมด 1 พันล้านโทเคน โดยกำหนดให้ไม่สามารถสร้างเพิ่มได้ และไม่มีระบบเผาเหรียญ (Burn) ทำให้อุปทานของ ApeCoin ถูกล็อกไว้ที่ 1 พันล้านโทเคน
การแจกจ่าย ApeCoin มีการดำเนินการคล้ายกับโทเคนอื่น นั่นคือโทเคนที่แจกจ่ายให้กับผู้มีส่วนร่วมกับโปรเจกต์จะถูกล็อกเอาไว้ก่อน และจะค่อย ๆ ทยอยปล่อยออกมาเป็นระยะเวลาสูงสุด 48 เดือน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ 17 มีนาคม 2022
สำหรับการกระจายโทเคนสามารถแบ่งออกเป็น 4 กลุ่มหลักดังต่อไปนี้
62% — สำหรับบระบบนิเวศ
แบ่งเป็น ApeCoin จำนวน 150,000,000 APE ที่แจกเป็น Airdrop ให้กับผู้ถือ BAํYC และ MAYC (Mutant Ape Yacht Club) และ 470,000,000 APE ที่ถูกเก็บไว้ในคลังของ DAO ซึ่งจะค่อย ๆ ทยอยปล่อยออกสู่ตลาดเดือนละ 7,343,750 APE เป็นระยะเวลา 48 เดือน
16% — สำหรับ Yuga Labs และการกุศล
แบ่งเป็น 150,000,000 APE ให้กับ Yuga Labs โดยจะถูกล็อกไว้เป็นเวลา 12 เดือน หลังจากนั้นจะทยอยปล่อยออกมาเดือนละ 4,166,666.67 APE เป็นเวลา 36 เดือน และ 10,000,000 APE มอบให้กับมูลนิธิเพื่อการศึกษาวิจัยและคุ้มครองสัตว์ป่า Jane Goodall Legacy Foundation โดยจะถูกล็อกไว้เป็นเวลา 12 เดือน หลังจากนั้นจะทยอยปล่อยออกมาเดือนละ 277,777.78 APE เป็นเวลา 36 เดือน

Get to Know ApeCoin, The Token for Bored Ape Yacht Club Owner

Bored Ape Yacht Club, or BAYC for short, is the collection of NFT pictures that is currently one of the most famous and valuable, created by Yuga Labs and launched in April 2021.
Bored Ape may look like a ordinary JPEG pictures, but its specialty hides behind its creation. Bored Ape was created using a computer algorithm to generate and randomize its aspects, including facial structure, clothing, accessory, background and so on, making each ape unique and there are only a limited number of 10,000 Bored Apes.
At launch, Bored Ape’s floor price was around 0.08 ETH or 6,300 baht during that time. However, in March 2022, its floor price on OpenSea has reached 118 ETH or around 10,735,050 baht!

Who Creates ApeCoin?
ApeCoin was created by APE Foundation, which is the gathering of Bored Ape Yacht Club enthusiasts, while the Yuga Labs is also a member within ApeCoin DAO which may have some influence over the development of ApeCoin and other projects in the future.
There are 5 key members within the APE Foundation called The Board. These groups of people play a vital role in administering proposals submitted to ApeCoin DAO and provide vision for the development of ApeCoin. The initial board serves a term of six months, afterward the new board will be voted and selected annually.

Tokenomic of ApeCoin
The total supply of ApeCoin is permanently fixed at 1 billion tokens without any minting and burning capability, thus the total supply will never increase nor decrease.
The Allocation of ApeCoin is quite similar to other renowned tokens. There is a vesting period for the tokens that were distributed to those who contributed to the project and early investors. The token will be gradually unlocked and released over a period of 48 months, starting from 17 March 2022.
There are 4 main groups for the allocation as followed:

14% — Launch Contributors
140,000,000 tokens to launch contributors. Lockup schedules vary by contributors starting from 6 months to the maximum of 36 months.
8% — BAYC Founders
80,000,000 tokens to founders of Yuga Labs, Initial lock-up for 12 months, then 2,222,222.22 unlocked per month for 36 months.
