SAND คืออะไร?
เหรียญ SAND คือเหรียญมาตรฐาน ERC-20 บนเครือข่าย Ethereum ที่ใช้ในเกม The Sandbox เกมออนไลน์ที่ผู้เล่นสามารถสร้างและแลกเปลี่ยนสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลได้อย่างอิสระ โดยมีระบบบริหารแบบ Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO)
ผู้เล่นสามารถสร้างสินทรัพย์รูปแบบ Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) บน The Sandbox พร้อมนำไปแลกเปลี่ยนกับผู้เล่นคนอื่นเพื่อรับเหรียญ SAND เป็นรางวัลตอบแทน
Sandbox ถูกออกแบบด้วยแนวคิด “Play-to-earn” หรือ เล่นเพื่อรับรางวัล รางวัลอาจอยู่ในรูปแบบของเหรียญ SAND, LANDS และ ASSETS ซึ่งเป็นเหรียญมาตราฐาน ERC-20, ERC-721 และ ERC-1155 ตามลำดับ

การทำงานของ Sandbox
Sandbox ถูกสร้างขึ้นเพื่อเป็นระบบนิเวศน์ของผู้ชื่นชอบเกมออนไลน์และผู้คลั่งไคล้ของสะสมรูปแบบ NFT จึงมีกลไกการสร้างตัวละครและสิ่งของต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้สามารถนำไปซื้อขายบนตลาดได้
ผู้เล่นสามารถสร้างสิ่งต่าง ๆ และนำไปขายในตลาด หรือนำไปบรรจุเข้าตัวเกมบนแพลตฟอร์มผ่าน The Sandbox Game Maker หลังนำไปแลกเป็นโทเคน ASSET แล้ว

1.Voxel editor — เครื่องมือสร้างตัวละครและสิ่งของในเกม โดยผู้เล่นสามารถออกแบบได้ตามใจชอบ และนำไปขายใน Market place เพื่อเปลี่ยนเป็นโทเคน ASSETS โดยตัวละครต่าง ๆ จะอยู่ในรูปแบบ Voxel ซึ่งหมายถึงการใช้กล่องสี่เหลี่ยมประกอบกันเป็นรูปร่าง
2.Marketplace — ตลาดซื้อขายสำหรับโทเคน ASSETS
3.Game maker — หากผู้เล่นสร้างหรือซื้อ ASSETS ก็จะสามารถนำไปบรรจุบนเกมของ Sandbox ได้ ผู้เล่นสามารถตั้งค่าผ่านโปรแกรมให้ ASSETS มีพฤติกรรมหรือลักษณะต่าง ๆ ที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ ส่งผลให้ LAND ของผู้เล่นมีความเป็นเกมมากยิ่งขึ้น

What is SAND? The Token from The Sandbox Game!
Today, we will be embarking together into the virtual world of Sandbox to discover what the is SAND, newly listed coin on the Bitkub exchange and how it came into its huge popularity in the gaming industry.
What is SAND?
SAND is an ERC-20 token on the Ethereum blockchain and acts as the medium currency within the Sandbox platform, a platform for the online gaming community that enable the creation of assets, characters and numerous other features through the utilization of a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO).
Users are able to express their creativity through the development of Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) which can be traded or sold on the platform’s marketplace to receive SAND tokens as returns.

The Sandbox white paper specifies that there are three main functions on the platform:
1.Voxel editor — a tool that helps users create characters and creatures to be sold on the Marketplace in the form of ASSETS tokens or to decorate their LANDS — Users are able to utilize the Voxel editor to create various characters and creatures in the form of Voxels or pixelated squares that form into a character.
2.Marketplace — a platform to exchange ASSETS tokens and acquire profitable gains in return for creations.
3.Game maker — ASSETS can be placed on LAND and through the Game maker, users can program their ASSETS to have certain distinctive behavior to create a game-like experience on their LANDS.
