UMA คืออะไร?
Universal Market Access Protocol คือเเพลตฟอร์มเครือข่าย Smart contracts เเบบกระจายศูนย์เพื่อทำให้สามารถเข้าถึง Universal Market ซึ่งขณะเดียวกันก็เป็น Optimistic Oracles (OO) ที่คอยเก็บข้อมูลที่ถูกคัดกรองเข้ามาในระบบบล็อกเชน โดยมีโทเคน UMA โทเค็น ERC-20 ที่สร้างขึ้นบน Ethereum ทำหน้าที่เป็น Governance token ภายในเครือข่าย
ใครเป็นผู้ก่อตั้ง UMA
UMA ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี 2018 โดยอดีตเทรดเดอร์จาก Goldman Sachs ได้เเก่ Allison Lu เเละ Hart Lambur ที่มีเป้าหมายที่จะทำให้ตลาดไร้พรมเเดนนั้นเข้าถึงได้ง่าย ปลอดภัย เเละยุติธรรมกับผู้ใช้งานทุกคน
Oracles คืออะไร ฉบับรวดรัด
Data Oracles เรียกสั้น ๆ ว่า Oracles เป็นเครื่องมือหรือบริการที่ทำหน้าที่คอยป้อนข้อมูลให้กับ Smart contract ซึ่งสามารถเเบ่งได้หลายประเภท เเละ Oracle หนึ่งตัวก็อาจเป็นได้มากกว่า 1 ประเภทเช่นกัน ในกรณีของ UMA นั้นเป็น Optimistic Oracle ซึ่งเป็น Oracle ที่เป็นการนำข้อมูลจากโลกเเห่งความเป็นจริงผนวกเข้ากับเครือข่ายกระจายศูนย์ (เช่น บล็อกเชน) ซึ่งข้อมูลที่ได้จะถูกต้องเสมอ หากไม่มีการโต้เเย้งภายในเวลาที่กำหนดทำให้มีการป้องกันความผิดพลาดได้มากกว่า Oracle อื่น

โทเคน UMA นั้นในปัจจุบันมีอุปทานสูงสุดอยู่ที่ 115 ล้านเหรียญซึ่งอยู่ในตลาดจำนวน 73 ล้านเหรียญ โดย UMA เป็นโทเคนที่ได้การยอมรับจากหลายสำนักทำให้สามารถซื้อขายได้ง่าย
ข้อมูล ณ วันที่ 18 กันยายน 2023 จาก Coinmarketcap เเสดงข้อมูลว่าโทเคน UMA มี Marketcap อยู่ที่ $100,625,332 คิดเป็น 3,590 ล้านบาท อยู่ในลำดับที่ 138 บน Coinmarketcap หนึ่งเหรียญมีราคา $1.36 คิดเป็นเงินไทยประมาณ 49 บาท
เรื่องน่ารู้เกี่ยวกับ UMA
สำหรับเครือข่าย UMA นั้น นอกเหนือที่จะใช้เป็น Smart contracts แล้ว ยังสามารถนำสินทรัพย์ต่าง ๆ บนโลกเเห่งความเป็นจริงไม่ว่าจะเป็นอะไรก็ตามมาเเปรสภาพเป็นโทเคนได้ (Tokenization) อีกทั้งยังสามารถพยากรณ์ผลต่าง ๆ เช่น การเเข่งกีฬา ราคาสินทรัพย์ได้ รวมถึงการที่ UMA สามารถใช้งานเพื่อการตรวจสอบข้อมูลร่วมกับ Layer 2 Solution บน Ethereum ทำให้ UMA นั้นเป็นเครือข่ายที่มีประโยชน์หลากหลายมาก
