Announcement: The recent technical development (by design) of adminTransfer function has no effect on Bitkub Chain’s operation.

According to the announcement of the Office of Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand No. 199/2565 regarding “the SEC’s resolution to extend the period for Bitkub to coordinate with KUB Coin issuer to revise the technological standard of KUB Coin and adminTransfer function”, Bitkub Blockchain Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company, as a KUB Coin issuer, had completed the development of adminTransfer function to be more technically controlled (by design) to enhance the security and reduce the chance of intervention from related parties as suggested by the SEC. This development would also reduce any risks which may occur to the digital assets of the holders, which addresses the Company’s concerns on the benefits, security, and transparency of executing the adminTransfer function.

The Company has already informed Bitkub Online Co., Ltd. (Bitkub Exchange) of such development and delivered the information relating thereto to Bitkub Exchange. In this regard, the recent technical development (by design) of adminTransfer function has no effect on both Bitkub Chain and the Company’s operation. With its unique and user-friendly design, Bitkub Chain’s technology still maintains high standards.
