How to Create a Bitmatrix Account
Step 1. Go to the Bitmatrix website and click “Sign Up” on the upper right hand corner.
Step 2. Enter your personal information according to the directions on the screen. Click the ‘Register’ button to continue to the next step.
Step 3. Enter the 6-digit SMS code sent by Bitmatrix to your mobile phone and click the ‘Verify’ button.
Step 4. Check your email address and click on the link sent to your email.
Step 5. Voila! Your membership registration has been completed.
Step 6. The use of two-factor authentication which is Google Authenticator (GA), as an additional layer of security for the protection of your crypto assets, is mandatory. Follow the steps in the image to install the GA application.

How to Verify Your ID in Bitmatrix
Step 1. For ID verification, we only require a residence certificate that you will get from the E-Government application. Follow the instructions to get your document. By clicking on the link given in the first step in the screen, you will be directed to the E-Government page by exiting the Bitmatrix page.
Step 2. You can enter the barcode number in the upper right corner of the document you have received by using the copy-paste command. Finally click the “Send” button. Make sure that the Barcode starts with NV02.
