Former UBS Japan Chairman takes interest in BitNautic

Mr Vittorio Volpi, professor, writer and pioneer of Swiss banking in Japan, has visited our office to know more about our project.

What a character — It is a truly exceptional individual the one that came to visit us in our HQ in Lugano yesterday morning, accompanied by our advisor Mr. Cocchi.

Vittorio Volpi has been at the forefront of the banking sector for more than 50 years, 30 of which were spent in Japan, where he helped the creation and settling of banks such as Citibank, Banca Commerciale Italiana, UBS and many more. He became president of the Swiss Bank Corporation in 1992 and Chairman of UBS Japan in 1998.

With a seemingly endless résumé, an incredibly prolific literary production and recurring collaborations with major Italian newspapers such as the Corriere della Sera, his experience and wisdom are truly priceless. For this reason we were thrilled to show him our project, answer his questions and take note of his precious suggestions.
