Meet the New Additions to the BitNautic Team

With Remigio Bongulielmi as new Chief Executive Officer and Sead Muftic as Chief Technology Strategist, BitNautic is ready to switch all the engines on.

With the ICO ending on the 30th of September, it is time for BitNautic to change gear and launch at full speed into the market. For this reason we are strengthening our executive team with two new additions: Remigio Bongulielmi and Sead Muftic.

Remigio Bongulielmi, who will act as CEO, is an entrepreneur, crypto regulatory and Operational Excellence expert with several years working for large multinationals (KPMG, The Nielsen Company) as Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Scrum Master, has successfully completed the trade.io ICO (USD 31M raised), and managed the launch of its exchange, being in charge of regulatory compliance globally.

Mr. Gianfranco Pierini, who until now acted as CEO, will continue to give his precious contribution to our project as Board Member.

The second addition to the BitNautic team is our new Chief Technology Strategist, Sead Muftic, entrepreneur and internationally-recognized expert in the area of IT security, with experience spanning 40 years. He has been full professor at The Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden and also visiting professor at the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He is recognized as an International Expert for security of blockchain technologies and virtual currencies by the European Commission and as the visiting scientist by CSIR Institute in South Africa. He has done significant work with the World Bank and the European Commission on charting the vision & the future of secure digital and virtual currencies. He is the author of five U.S. patents, more than 50 research papers, expert reports, and three books. He has a successful history of turning his research breakthroughs into successful businesses. Of note is his relevant research and patents in the area of Blockchain, Identity Management, and Secure Financial Transactions.

The two of them have already worked side by side on several projects, finding new solutions to improve global trade finance. Their synergy will become a fundamental asset to the BitNautic project, and we’re all very excited to see them on board as we start our mission to disrupt the logistics industry.
