Bitpie Has Become the Algorand Original Node
We are very excited to announce that Bitpie Wallet has been the original node of the Algorand, the recently highly-focused Turing Award laureate Silvio Micali led project, following its mainnet launch on June 20, 2019.
Bitpie wallet, as the only primary partner wallet of Algorand, has already supported the relevant functions of Algorand prior to the official launch of Algorand mainnet. The Relay Node operated by Bitpie was registered at the Algorand Foundation on June 15, 2019.
As the first batch of original node, Bitpie has already been functioning to provide the basic service such as transaction validations etc. at the time of mainnet launch.
Bitpie wallet will be also actively engaged in the Algorand eco-system promotion and provide the Algo holders a comprehensive service in the first time on the basis of extensive implementations on user participation.
