How to Trade, Buy, and Sell on BITRADX

First of all, welcome to BITRADX! We understand that there might be slight differences on the features and formats across all the exchange platforms in the market. That’s why we prepared this simple instruction to help you get started. Read on to know how to make the most out of your account with us.
Access to ‘My Profile’
Visit https://bitradx.com and click ‘Login/Sign Up’ found on the menu bar. Enter your details to log in to your account.
If you are a new member, please ensure to complete the KYC procesby adding a valid phone number and uploading your ID for verification.
Digital Assets Deposit
After your identity is confirmed, you can proceed to transfer funds from your wallet into your account. Choose the type of digital asset that you want to deposit on the Dashboard and you can find the Deposit column below.
Choose ‘Deposit’ and follow the simple steps provided. Your transaction will be shown in the ‘Deposit History.’
Fiat Currencies Deposit
If you prefer to make a fiat deposit through bank, click ‘Funds’ and ‘IDR Deposit’.
There are 2 ways to deposit via Maybank:
01. Login to your online banking account like how you normally conduct wire transfers.
OR
02. Proceed to the nearest ATM machine to make the transfer.
Remember to include the code given at ‘Your reference code;’ each account has a different set of code. The code is used to identify that the deposit is made to your account on BITRADX.
State the amount that you have transferred and upload a clear image of your receipt. Once you have submitted the receipt, our finance team will validate your deposit within 24 hours and you will see an increase of balance in your account.
*Please note that we only accept wire transfers at the moment.
How to Buy/ Sell Digital Assets
From your Dashboard, pick the digital asset you want to buy. For example, insert the amount and click ‘Buy Bitcoin’. A summary of your purchase will be shown as below.
The process is the same for selling digital assets. It is simple, isn’t it?
Digital Assets and Fiat Withdrawal
Withdrawal has never gotten easier. To withdraw digital assets, head on to your dashboard and click on the digital asset that you want to withdraw. Follow the simple instruction shown.
For fiat currency withdrawal, go to ‘Funds’ and select ‘IDR Withdraw’.
It will only be processed during regular office hours, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays. If you do the withdrawal during weekends or public holidays, you need to wait until the first business day of the week for it to be processed.
All withdrawals will be charged 1% transaction fees from the total amount.
