How to Trade, Buy, and Sell on BITRADX

First of all, welcome to BITRADX! We understand that there might be slight differences on the features and formats across all the exchange platforms in the market. That’s why we prepared this simple instruction to help you get started. Read on to know how to make the most out of your account with us.
Access to ‘My Profile’
Visit https://bitradx.com and click ‘Login/Sign Up’ found on the menu bar. Enter your details to log in to your account.
If you are a new member, please ensure to complete the KYC process as highlighted by adding a valid phone number and uploading your ID for verification.
Digital Assets Deposit
After your identity is confirmed, you can proceed to transfer funds from your wallet into your account by clicking ‘Deposit’ and following the steps provided in the process. Your transaction will be shown in the ‘Deposit History.’
Fiat Currencies Deposit
If you prefer to make a fiat deposit through bank transfer, make sure to follow the instructions below.
There are 2 ways to deposit via Maybank:
01. Login to your online banking account like how you normally conduct wire transfers.
OR
02. Proceed to the nearest ATM machine to make the transfer.
Remember to include the reference code given at ‘Your reference;’ each account has a different reference code. The code is used to identify that the deposit is made to your account on BITRADX.
Once you have submitted the wire transfer, our finance team will validate your deposit within 24 hours and you will see an increase of balance in your account.
*Please note that we only accept wire transfers at the moment.
How to Buy Digital Assets
From your Settings page, click ‘Trade’ on the menu bar to navigate the exchange platform. Choose and click on the pair that you wish to trade on. Buy and Sell are located at the bottom right of the dashboard.
If you want to purchase BTX with your own price, type in the amount of the fiat currency that you’d like to trade to BTX and click ‘Buy BTX.’ The status of your order will be shown above and it will stay pending until the market price fits the amount you stated. You can cancel your order anytime.
There will be an increase of your BTX balance when your order is successfully completed.
How to Sell Digital Assets
If you want to sell your available digital assets on our BITRADX exchange platform, key in your price and amount of BTX. Then, click ‘Sell BTX.’ Your open orders will be displayed above.
When your order has a buyer, the rest of the transaction is automated. That’s all there is to it.
Digital Assets and Fiat Withdrawal
Withdrawal has never gotten easier. Head on to ‘Funds’ and click on the digital assets or fiat currencies that you want to withdraw from. Follow the instruction shown. All withdrawals will be charged 0.1% transaction fees from the total amount.
For fiat currencies withdrawal, it will only be processed during regular office hours, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays. If you do the withdrawal during weekends or public holidays, you need to wait until the first business day of the week for it to be processed.
