Didi and Uber Merge
While history tells us never to start a land war in Russia, business schools might soon be telling us not to expand to China unless you are Apple.
- According to multiple sources Uber will be merging with competitor Didi Chuxing, the dominant ride-hailing app in China. In return Didi will make a $1 billion dollar investment in Uber global. The deal is similar to the Yahoo / Alibaba deal.
