BITSONIC’s How to Withdraw through Sygna Bridge
Bitsonic successfully completed the Sygna Bridge transmission test. This test conducted coin transfers between Korea, Taiwan, and Japan. In the whole process, the audit was carried out by a reputable international accounting firm.
Finally, the Sygna Bridge solution is applied to Bitsonic. Therefore, we would like to give you a guide on how to use it.
Sygna Bridge is a secure transmission solution that has been optimized and designed in accordance with the transmission protocol of virtual assets specified by FATF. Bitsonic is the first domestic exchange to apply it.
Sygna Bridge Secure Transmission is currently optional. However, as soon as the FATF’s transmission protocol is confirmed, and the Act on Reporting and Using Specified Financial Transaction Information goes into effect, we expect it to be essential.
The following two additional information are required for Sygna Bridge Secure Transmission.
1.VASP-Code (recipient’s exchange code)
2. Name of sender/recipient in English
How to Withdraw through Sygna Bridge
1. Press the Deposit button, and the English Name Registration appears.
- Only the English name is available, no Korean alphabet.
- The English name should be the same as the passport’s information.
If the English name is registered correctly, you will be directed to the withdrawal information.
2. Click Sygna Bridge Secure Transmission.
- If you do not want the Sygna Bridge Secure Transmission, you can close the window and proceed with the regular withdrawal.
- Enter the recipient’s wallet information.
1. Recipient’s wallet address
2. Recipient’s English name (User Code)
3. VASP (recipient’s exchange code)
Input the withdrawal amount and OTP verification code, and apply for withdrawal.
The withdrawal will be automatically canceled if an error occurred in the input information, such as the recipient information does not match.
3. Withdrawal application completed
The additional information regarding Sygna Bridge Secure Transmission as follows:
1. The first version only supports Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH).
2. The second version will support additional coins, including Ripple (XRP).
3. The withdrawal will be automatically canceled If the recipient and exchange code do not match.
4. Sygna Bridge Secure Transmission only supports transactions between Bitsonic and Bitpro for now. The transactions between the other exchanges in the Sygna Alliance will also be available in the future.
Sygna Bridge plans to resolve compatibility in accordance with the international standards by collecting and reflecting the latest IVMS (messaging standard between virtual asset service providers). Bitsonic also participates in this IVMS Working Group, and we plan to converge and reflect the standard quicker than anyone else.
