Tether “CNHT” is a new stablecoin pegged to offshore Chinese Yuan (CNH), and was initially available only on the Ethereum blockchain as an ERC-20 token. CNH represents an expansion of Tether’s capabilities in facilitating the digital use of traditional currencies, such as US dollar (USDT) and euro (EURT). Tether is always 100% backed by traditional currency and cash equivalents and, from time to time, may include other assets and receivables from loans made by Tether to third parties.
