Trade Your Way: Bittrex Launches Campaign Focused on Customer Experience

Bittrex was founded six years ago when my co-founders and I left our jobs in cyber-security to create a cryptocurrency exchange designed to identify and offer the most reliable trading options built on the world’s most secure blockchain technology platform.
From the start, we knew we were in the service of our customers. Engaging with crypto traders to fine-tune our product offerings and user experience was paramount to our shared success. Put another way: our customers helped us build Bittrex.
Today, in conjunction with our sixth birthday, we announced a new campaign that personifies my vision for the future: Freedom to Trade Your Way.
Trade Your Way is a call-to-action that organizes a big set of enhancements we’re making for our customers, including reduced fees, customer rewards, a referral program, and several enhancements to our mobile app. All of this is in direct response to what our customers told us they wanted.
This set of updates is just the beginning, too. Here’s what traders can look forward to in 2020 as we roll out additional updates.
The best security and trading experience — Security and trust remain at the heart of our product improvements. We will continue to enhance the trader experience and empower new and more sophisticated trading options.
Rewarding our customers — I’ve read your tweets, heard your feedback. We can do better and starting today, we will. Our new referral program is the gift that keeps on giving. Once you refer a friend, you’ll receive 10% on all their trades*. Now that’s friends with benefits! We’re also rewarding the new customers who sign-up with $15 worth of Bittrex credits** to use towards commission-free trades.
Reduction in fees and promotions — We’ve got the update you’ve been waiting for… we’re reducing fees by 20% and reworked our fee schedule to be simpler, easier for you. To show you how serious we are, we’ve kicked off our birthday celebration with a 50% off fee promotion through April 23***.
This all adds up to our promise to our customers: to provide a secure platform so you have the freedom to trade your way.
