Jira has tons of fields (including custom types) to enrich a ticket. This allows users to customize Jira experience as needed. While using more fields helps, Jira still lacks one important feature when it comes to streamlining ticket creation: Issue Template

Wouldn’t it be great to create a single User Story template for everyone in the project to use so that the ticket follows standard, contains all relevant information that a team needs and makes your SCRUM meetings pleasant? What about a standard Bug template for QA team?

Now all those things are possible, thanks to new Jira app.
