Making it easier to use Fuseboard…
Many of you have asked us for improved documentation and online help, especially with getting your Fuseboard established. With this in mind, we are unveiling the new Fuseboard Help Center…a great improvement from our previous site…however, always evolving and improving to keep pace with our dynamic and robust Fuseboard. Please feel free to offer suggestions or to request topics for assistance. We welcome and greatly appreciate your feedback.
To access the new Fuseboard Help Center, simply click on your own avatar at the top right of the blue Top Bar and then select Help & Questions from the menu.
Once you arrive at the new Fuseboard Help Center, you will be able to access User Guides, Administrator Guides, and FAQs.
Of particular note, and to make it easier for you to be up-and-running efficiently, we have created 3 very important guides.
Tour Guide
The Tour Guide is a great resource for acclimating all users to the basic navigation and areas, along with naming conventions, within Fuseboard. Short, concise, and easy-to-read, we highly recommend that all users begin with this short tour of the navigation, structure, and terminology.
Getting Started
For Administrators, this important guide gives you the key steps and the best, recommended sequence to follow in setting up your Fuseboard. Of course, Step 1. is to begin with the Tour Guide discussed above!
Setting Up Fuseboard
Step 2. in the Getting Started guide above, is to configure your settings and organization settings. The Setting Up Fuseboard Admin guide helps you to do just that!
