Projects just became more personal
Our clients have GREAT ideas! One of the more popular requests we have had was to allow you to personalize your projects through the ability to assign a project photo (avatar) to a project. You can now upload an image of your choice, use the company’s photo, or select from a library of images.
Upon creating a new project, you will see a randomly assigned image for that project when either viewing the project in list view, or upon opening the project to begin adding information.
Changing Your Project Photo (Avatar)
When opening your project, you will see the project photo displayed under the project name.
To change the Project Photo (avatar) for your project you simply hover over the project Photo to see the camera icon. Click on the camera icon to see the Change Project Photo overlay window.
You will have three options for selecting a photo for your project.
From Computer
You can upload from your computer by clicking on the Choose File button on the From Computer tab. Once you have located and selected your image, you will see the name of your image to the right of the Choose File button. Click the Select Photo button to set this image as your project photo.
From Company
You can also click on the From Company tab in this overlay window to choose the image that is selected for the company photo. Select the image shown and click the Select Photo button to set this image as your project photo.
From Library
You can click on the From Library tab to select a new image from an image library. Select an image from the library and click the Select Photo button to set this image as your project photo.
