The Most Important Thing to Learn From Your Boss

Attitude is the most important thing you can learn from your current boss.

It’s a tacit knowledge honed by years of experience.

It’s also tacit knowledge that you can learn by closely observing someone.

In short, you can’t learn it from books.

Some of the most valuable lessons I learned from my boss are:
