So you’ve launched! It was a huge success but now you’re experiencing a drop in traffic. Your brand doesn’t seem as popular as it once was and you’re wracking your brains thinking about what it can be. Visibility is everything. If people can’t find you, don’t know what you offer and see no advertising then it stands to reason your sales are going to drop. Read on to find out how you can make yourself more visible.

Guest Blog On Relevant Websites

If you can figure out which blogs would be interested in your product then it can be worth taking the time to write a short guest blog. The owner would likely be grateful, especially if it’s quality content, and agree to let you advertise or place clear advertisement in your blog. It’s a great tactic because the people who read the blog are likely just the right people. Do this on a few similar blogs and you’ll start getting hits on your site in no time.

Search Engine Optimisation

SEO is another great way in which you can keep your website fresh and alluring. It can be quite complicated so it can certainly be worthwhile to hire a professional, you can see an example at www.nustudio.ie. Being optimised means more people can find you, which of course gives you more chance of selling your product and service. Yes, there will be a fee of course, but the fee will be outweighed by the profits as a result of successful SEO. If you do this from time to time then you can stay ahead of the competition and ensure you remain a force in your sector.

Solicit Reviews

Again, send your product out to relevant blogs and ask them for a review post. Tell them they can keep whatever they are reviewing as an added incentive. The post will of course have a link back to your site and people who are impressed with the review could even purchase the product themselves. Also, on your website, use a facility for review or testimonial. People will be far more likely to purchase a product if they can see it has impressed other consumers. Think about how important the reviews on amazon are. It can be quite tough getting some reviews, especially from people who were happy with the product. But there’s no harm in sending out a friendly email asking for one.

Keep Emailing

If you receive the email address of patrons upon purchase then notify them when you have a new range on sale, offer a new service or are carrying out a promotion. Word of mouth is still a huge factor in driving sales, so if someone notices a great promotion they’ll pass on the message. By doing this you’re hitting people who have a proven track record of purchase. Always email with a point, like informing about a promotion, otherwise you’ll just annoy people and they’ll be less inclined to repeat purchase. Keep them infrequent, no more than once a month unless they’ve signed up for a newsletter.
