How much do you know about this talented African American poet?

Maya Angelou is one of the first names to come to mind, when I think of a phenomenal black woman. Her autobiography titled: “The Heart of a Woman” is an inspirational birds-eye-view into her life and relationships, primarily between her and her son.

Black Like Me focuses exclusively on all things “black” whether it’s history, current or past social injustice, or topics pertaining to the future of people of color in general. I am STRICTLY about positivity! This is a WRITER SHOWCASE Publication and does not accept submissions.
