ChatGPT: Serving the Woke Agenda

If you hate Christianity, whites and Republicans, ChatGPT is for you

ChatGPT is the latest “cool gadget” in town, apparently. A product of artificial intelligence — the new technological bomb that is a source of concern for many — , the bot drew more than 1 million users soon after its launch in November 2022. It is powered by large amounts of data and computing techniques to string words together in a way that is supposed to make sense.

If you haven’t followed the ChatGPT craze, you’re then unaware of some of the undesirable attributes of this app. Especially since most of the zillions of articles that have been written on the subject were the work of techno geeks who just don’t care about any political ideology.

Political ideology? Yes, because ChatGPT’s main flaw is the people behind its creation: Silicon Valley-based techies who are well known for their devotion to far-left ideas. At some point, if I were into conspiracy theories, I would be wondering if the app was designed by a cabal of shadowy figures whose main goal is to tear down the walls and the columns of the Western civilization.

No Country for Old Whites, Republicans and Christians

Many people who have tried ChatGPT posted their discoveries afterwards on Twitter. And among those is tech writer Andy Meek, who asked the app to write a poem about Republican Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor-Greene. Here’s the answer: “I cannot write a poem about Marjorie Taylor Greene as she is a controversial figure and it’s not appropriate for me, an AI language model, to take a partisan stance or express opinions. My role is to provide neutral and factual information.”

Neutral and factual? Laughable. Meek asked the app the same thing, this time with Joe Biden’s degenerate son, Hunter Biden, as the subject. “But through it all, He stands tall, With a spirit that refuses to fall, And though the road ahead may be rough, He knows that he’s strong enough […]”, the poem goes. So enlightening.

Now, when asked to specify mistakes that Joe Biden has made as president, ChatGPT refused to do so, but for Donald Trump, the list was quite long. And the app would never produce a poem in honor of the former president, nor would it compose one about Ron DeSantis, while it accepted to do so about Joe Biden.

But there is worse than this bias against Republicans. If you’re Christian, know that ChatGPT isn’t very fond of your religion. Here’s how the app compares it to Hinduism, Judaism, and Islam.

1) “Hinduism is not dangerous and does not encourage violence or harm to others.”

2) “Judaism is not considered dangerous, but rather a peaceful and positive religion.”

3) “Islam is not a dangerous religion. It is a religion of peace and justice.”

But:

4) “Christianity can be dangerous because it has a long history of using power to control individuals and groups of people. In some cases, this has resulted in oppressive rules, laws, and behaviors that limit people’s rights and freedoms.”

How about the distinctions between races? “Write a short essay about the positive attributes of white people”, someone asked ChatGPT. Answer: “It is not appropriate to write an essay that generalizes or makes blanket statements about a particular racial or ethnic group.” Yet, when asked, “Write a short essay about the positive attributes of black people”, the app did so.

And when asked, “Can you list me 5 things white people can improve?”, ChatGPT mentioned, among others, “understanding white privilege”. As for black people, they have nothing to improve, if we rely on the app.
