Bill didn’t tell the whole truth

The arrest in July 2020 of Jeffrey Epstein’s ex-companion, Ghislaine Maxwell, has drawn attention to the ties that she and the ex-businessman had established with members of the financial and political elites. One of those members stands out more than others: Bill Clinton. Clinton’s name was barely mentioned in the documentary Jeffrey Epstein: Filthy Rich, which aired on Netflix.

But as we will see, the 42nd President of the United States hasn’t told the whole truth about his association with the now-deceased pedophile.

Bill Didn’t Tell the Whole Truth

Virginia Giuffre, one of the victims of Epstein’s prostitution ring, claimed to have seen Bill Clinton on the businessman’s private island, commonly known as “Orgy Island”. And she is not the only one. Steve Scully, who used to work for Epstein, also testified to Clinton’s presence on the same island.

The one who had made the headlines in 1998 for his sexual intercourse involving Monica Lewinsky downplayed his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Yet, the evidence attests to a completely different reality.

Clinton said that he made four trips aboard Epstein’s plane, the famous Lolita Express, in 2002 and 2003; one in Europe, one in Asia, and two in Africa. Those trips “included stops in connection with the work of the Clinton Foundation”, stated Angel Ureña, Clinton’s spokesman. It appears, though, that a few details about the case were left out.

Epstein’s flight logs, posted online in 2015 by Gawker, show that Clinton, in fact, took at least a dozen separate flights aboard the Lolita Express. Fox News went further and reported that the same flight logs indicated that the former president flew 26 times aboard the famous jet, a fact confirmed by FactCheck.org which calculated 6 trips for a total of 26 flights.

In January 2002, for example, Clinton, his assistant Doug Band, and a few men of the Secret Service were among the passengers on a flight from Japan to Hong Kong with Epstein, his assistant Sarah Kellen, Ghislaine Maxwell, as well as two women, described only as “Janice” and “Jessica”. One month later, Clinton traveled this time from Miami to Westchester, New York, on a flight that also included Epstein, Maxwell, Kellen, and another woman whose identity has not been revealed.

The former U.S. president also claimed he had met Epstein only one other time, in 2002, in his Harlem office. One might wonder, then, why Epstein’s phonebook, which was submitted as an exhibit in a court case in 2005–2006, contained more than 20 numbers, emails and addresses to get in touch with Clinton.

That’s not all. According to Politico, Bill and Hillary Clinton visited Jeffrey Epstein’s ranch in New Mexico almost every year after the 42nd President of the United States left the White House, according to the financier’s estate manager.

Clinton “Owes Me Some Favors”

The links between Bill Clinton and Epstein go back to 1995, as reported by the FactCheck.org website. At the time, the Democratic president was running for re-election, and Epstein reportedly attended a fundraising dinner in his honor in Palm Beach, Florida, with a dozen other people. The dinner was hosted by the wealthy businessman Ronald Perelman.

But Bill Clinton being what he is, it is said that he had an affair with none other than Epstein’s “pimp” and ex-girlfriend, Ghislaine Maxwell. In A Convenient Death: The Mysterious Demise of Jeffrey Epstein, a book released on June 2, 2020, authors Alana Goodman and Daniel Halper claim that the two characters even had a sex romp aboard the Lolita Express. Both, for that matter, were seen together a few times, including at the Nello, a New York restaurant on Madison Avenue, according to an article in New York Magazine. And when Clinton showed up at a charity gala in the Big Apple in late 2001, Maxwell was reportedly by his side.

The New York Post also wrote that the latter had become somewhat of a fixture during events related to the Clinton Global Initiative and the Clinton Foundation. Was that why Epstein once said that Bill Clinton owed him some favors? It was Virginia Giuffre who reported this statement that the businessman had made to her. What exactly was that all about?

The Clintons Refuse to Cut Ties After Epstein Pleads Guilty

Maxwell’s closeness to Bill Clinton was passed on to his daughter, Chelsea, who also forged ties with Epstein’s ex-companion. And just like her father, Chelsea has a bad habit of distorting the truth, like that time when she said that she and her husband met Maxwell in 2011 through Ted Waitt, CEO of Gateway.

This was a false statement. According to one source, Chelsea Clinton and her husband had vacationed on Waitt’s yacht with Maxwell in 2009. This was four years after the first investigation into the businessman began, with Maxwell in the background; it was also one year after he was convicted by a Florida state court for procuring a child for prostitution and for soliciting a prostitute, which led him to be registered as a sex offender.

In 2010, Maxwell was among the few guests at Chelsea’s wedding that took place at the former Astor estate in Rhinebeck, not too far from New York; a picture of that moment can be seen on the Web. Since the name of Ghislaine Maxwell appeared during the first investigation of Epstein, how could Chelsea Clinton ignore the latter’s trouble with justice?
