A collection of my work. Inspired by my journey in this search of my family’s story and my identity through other African-American Art and Artists.

I present to you my art series: Identity on Canvas. A collection of works inspired by my journey in discovering. my family’s history and and my own personal self discovery. It features eleven pieces. Each a visual into the different aspects and information I learned in this exploration of art and identity and my family’s experience in the American south. I used meany methods and mediums; mainly working with digitally formatted work and combining that with screen printing and pen drawing.
