#Kixinthewild Bron Bron Showing up For the Culture, As Usual
The 2017–2018 NBA season kicked off last night, and much like the first day of school, the kids are going to show off their new kicks. The first game on the schedule was Cleveland vs Boston. Kyrie pulled out the nice custom Kyrie 3 PE “Shamrocks.”
Well played sir, well played. But then the King is gonna do what the King is gonna do, which is dominate. And that he did (on foot, and on the stat sheet), debuting a custom pair of the Lebron 15 “Equality.”
I love how he creates moments by just speaking the truth. And how he embraces issues that are “bigger than basketball,” and he’s aware that they are bigger than basketball, AND he’s actively doing things to support his message. This was a simple gesture, but I appreciated it nonetheless.
Next game maybe he’ll break the internet by wearing this jersey:
