Sanctuary. Home. Making where you live a deeply livable space. This applies not only to the physical parameters in which you occupy your most time, but also your mental space. Creating an environment in your mind that’s nurturing and soft. Non judgmental and inviting. Your primary home is inside your head so you may as well make it a lovely place to be.

Is your home your sanctuary? Who do you allow to live there rent-free? (Mouse & George, in my case live in both spaces totally rent-free, and this I quite enjoy).
