Dear fintech folks,

The weather is getting colder and colder, but we got some hot deals to warm you up this week!

Last week, €155m was raised across 12 deals. Congratulations to Moonfare, the German Private Equity platform which raised an impressive $125m Series C! After that, we have Viceversa, an Italian revenue-based financing provider, which raised €23m (debt and equity)! Finally, the other startup on our podium is the collective insurance platform Collective Benefits which raised a £7.3m Venture round.

Geography-wise, we’ve identified that most of the deals (4) come from the UK. Then 2 deals each came from Germany and Italy. Finally, 1 deal each from France, the Netherlands, Bulgaria, and Switzerland.

Subsector-wise, there were 4 deals in Insurtech, 3 each in Banktech and Payments, 1 in Wealth Management, and 1 in Investment Banking.
