- Consume water immediately after waking up.
- Focus on resistance training and weightlifting over cardio. But also be sure to exercise your heart. However, weightlifting has more positive long-term benefits than yoga and stretching.
- Consume more clean eats than less clean eats. Your body, mind, and emotions will thank you for it now and in the future.
- Stop over-engaging in unhealthy relationships. Set boundaries and find people that add value and ease to your life.
- Consume organic veggies daily.
- Don’t touch your face unless you’re washing it. And allow your face to air dry instead of drying it off with a towel.
- Cook your food more than eating out.
- Meditate, stretch, and walk daily.
- Eliminate unnecessary stressors from your life.
- Implement self-discipline. Who is in control? You, your body, your feelings, or your cravings? Never allow anything outside of you to dictate your habits.
