  1. Consume water immediately after waking up.
  2. Focus on resistance training and weightlifting over cardio. But also be sure to exercise your heart. However, weightlifting has more positive long-term benefits than yoga and stretching.
  3. Consume more clean eats than less clean eats. Your body, mind, and emotions will thank you for it now and in the future.
  4. Stop over-engaging in unhealthy relationships. Set boundaries and find people that add value and ease to your life.
  5. Consume organic veggies daily.
  6. Don’t touch your face unless you’re washing it. And allow your face to air dry instead of drying it off with a towel.
  7. Cook your food more than eating out.
  8. Meditate, stretch, and walk daily.
  9. Eliminate unnecessary stressors from your life.
  10. Implement self-discipline. Who is in control? You, your body, your feelings, or your cravings? Never allow anything outside of you to dictate your habits.
