10 Ways To Be More Mindful
Lower Stress Levels
1. Gratitude
Practice gratitude. Write down 15 things/people you are grateful for with the reasoning.
2. Walk
Take a walk for 15–60 minutes without being on your phone. Focus on gratitude. Focus on listening to calming music or sounds.
Breathe slowly and deeply.
Look at things from afar.
Rest your mind.
Stay present.
3. Meditate
Lie down or sit down still for 15 minutes.
Allow your mind to be free, but don’t obsess over any thought.
Let your thoughts run free until they quiet down.
Focus on breathing deeply.
Listen to waves or frequencies to enhance your meditation session.
4. Stay Off Your Phone
Take a break from your phone. Turn it off or put it in do not disturb mode.
Focus on living, breathing, relaxing, tidying up, walking, or doing an activity stimulating presence.
Give your eyes and mind a break from the screens.
