Otherwise, you will end up on the fishing address. Wait for the connection to blackmooncrypto.com. No community manager will post any other link.
We are aware of fraudsters taking actions to set up look-a-like websites. And we claim these sites back and NEVER use them.
Keep it simple: blackmooncrypto.com is the only true website of the project.
Contribution addresses
ETH, BTC, LTC addresses for contributions are available exclusively in your account at account.blackmooncrypto.com. If you don’t have it yet visit our website (https://blackmooncrypto.com/) and click Pre-Register to reduce time pressure during the token sale.
We will never post any cryptocurrency address on Telegram, Slack, Twitter, Facebook or any other media channel. No community manager will send you a direct message with a cryptocurrency address.
Real addresses for funding are available only in your account.
Secure your account
For your own safety opt in two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account at account.blackmooncrypto.com. Do it before the token sale.
2FA is a must.
Sending money to the sale
Follow these easy steps when making transaсtions:
- Log in to your account using 2FA.
- Check the website address and the security of the connection (the lock sign).
- For every payment copy and paste the contribution address. Never save it anywhere.
- Split your transaction in two:
- Send small odd amount (i.e. ETH 0.010147) to the address.
- Confirm that your account balance has increased by this figure.
- Send the remaining amount.
Please, note that the transaction confirmation could take up to one hour.
Don’t pinch pennies on the transaction costs, especially when using BTC and LTC. Your transaction might simply get stuck unconfirmed. You need at least two confirmations for BTC/LTC and eight confirmations for ETH. Kindly check it yourself using the transaction link before checking your account balance.
Act like a whale: check and double check before making any transaction.
Don’t compromise yourself
Never send your login, password or address you send to via any chat, direct message or via personal email. No community manager will ever ask you to do that.
If in doubt that your address was compromised, reach us to account@blackmooncrypto.com. This is the only email address of our support and security team. Always keep this email cc’d to every communication. Add this address to your Contacts/Address Book to prevent landing it spam. Our emails are important.
Hackers need your help to hack you. Don’t make them favors!
Check identity
Always check the identity of people you are chatting with. The list of the community managers and contact persons will be available in your account.

When contacting support via account@blackmooncrypto.com follow these easy steps to get your problem solved ASAP:
- Always write from the email address you registered.
- Name your ETH address.
- Provide the link to the transaction in question.
Support will need this information anyway. Help us out.
Refunds
Any refund claims might be sent during 48 hours after the end of the Distribution Period. Any claims sent after this period will not be reviewed.
We accommodate you. You accommodate us.
Pools
Some pools might be scams to get your money. You have no protection. Don’t risk it. Just adjust the transaction fees and you are going to be ok. There is no discount for the large orders, so you get no benefits but a lot of risks.
Just do it… yourself.
Slack is vulnerable
Slack is a great channel, we use corporate version of internal communications and highly value each member of the public channel. Nevertheless, it has certain flaws:
- The API is public and anyone can use it to DM users.
- We cannot disable slackbot and crypto-veterans call it hackbot for a reason.
- We cannot disable “/remind” function.
Don’t trust any reminders or direct messages. Under no conditions we will send direct messages or use slackbot to notify users.
Keep in mind that if the channel is compromised to protect our community we reserve the right to shut down Slack and invite everybody to our official telegram channel https://t.me/blackmooncrypto. Download the app (mobile or desktop) and join the channel now to be prepared.
