BLCK VC’s First Hire–Welcome our new Chief of Staff!

BLCK VC is excited to announce that we have made our first hire, our new Chief of Staff, Samer Yousif! We have grown exponentially over the past few years and we will be accelerating our programs and impact with the addition of Samer.

As Chief of Staff, Samer will be working closely with the senior leadership team and committee leads to plan and execute strategic initiatives, build and execute on improvements to our organizational structure, and optimize current processes and procedures. Samer joins BLCK VC from VentureWell, where he provided strategic and programmatic leadership for both domestic and global venture development and angel investor network development initiatives. Samer is a proud graduate from University of Texas at Austin, where he got his masters in Global Policy, and from The University of Texas at Arlington, where he majored in International Business and Political Science.
