New Integration: Import your Intercom Data into your Data Warehouse
Welcome Intercom. Intercom is a customer communication SaaS platform. It includes a number of products for marketing automation, customer feedback, customer support and live chat. We are Intercom’s customers some time now and we are happy to have the Intercom integration up and running.
The data that reside in Intercom are rich of information. Data about from the conversations with our customers or leads, marketing data, events data you name it. By making easy for anyone to import their data from Intercom to a data warehouse we help them:
- have easy SQL access to all your data sources
- combine in one place data from other sources, such us marketing and sales
- have freedom. Load everything to your own data store, access it and analyze it with your favorite BI or visualization tool.
Why? To answer questions like:
How many messages each of our customers has exchanged with our customer support?
or
How many open assigned conversations in total has each one of our customer support heroes?
and even more questions for your data. By having Intercom data with customer data, sales or marketing data together in one place, there is even more information to uncover.
With Blendo you may import Intercom data to Amazon Redshift, Heroku PostgreSQL or Amazon RDS PostgreSQL or Azure MS SQL Database. It is only a few clicks and a few minutes away.
After setting up your data pipeline from Intercom to your data store all your new data will be available at the time you needed it.

In order to pull your data, you need only two steps.
- From Intercom you will need the App Id and the API Key.
- Then Connect with Blendo.
