Demuxed 2018 前記

在數次參與 Streaming Media West 後，我們注意到在這樣的場合中因為還是結合了不少商業色彩，對身為 Engineer ，渴望看到更多技術討論的我們雖然可以藉由從商業的角度來看技術的發展，但還是有點不滿足，所以我們同時關注了以下這樣的一個技術研討會，且在今年 KKStream 派了兩位 Video Expert 前往，目前已經在 San Francisco 準備就緒，期待可以帶回來國外產業界在串流技術討論上的第一手資訊，並在第一時間分享給大家。

目的: The Conference for Video Engineers

這是由 Mux 主辦，一開始是從 SF Video Technology Meetup 發起，中間吸引越來越多公司參與贊助，乃至於現在規模已經擴大為兩天，並且吸引超過 500 人報名，總共有 31 位 speaker。研討會宗旨非常正面，希望讓大家都能付得起門票而且 Topic 不為商業所壟斷，非常值得現在在台灣發起 Streaming Meetup 作為參考。

在今年的議題上我們注意到了以下幾個很有意思的 Talk，也都是目前 Streaming technology 上相當夯的話題，講者也都來自於目前市場上相當具有指標性的公司，e.g. Youtube, Netflix, Bitmovin, Akamai… 如果你也對串流技術很有興趣的話，請持續關注我們的 blog :)
