My Blitz League of Legends app isn’t detecting my LoL Client
Check the following things:
- If you’re from one of the Garena regions OR you run your LoL client as Administrator, please quit Blitz and run Blitz as Administrator
- Check your Blitz settings (gear icon in the top right corner), your LoL game directory might not be set
My Blitz app installation fails
Follow the following steps:
- Deactivate your anti-virus program, if you have one
- Remove the Blitz directory in %appdata%
- Try to install Blitz again
My Blitz app isn’t up to date. (for versions 0.8.X)
Follow the following steps:
- Uninstall Blitz
- Remove the Blitz directory in %appdata% and %localappdata%
- Remove the blitz-updater directory in %localappdata%
- Remove the Blitz directory in C:\Program Files
- Download the latest Blitz version on https://blitz.gg and install it
How do I reinstall Blitz?
Follow the following steps for Windows:
- Quit Blitz
- Uninstall Blitz
- Press
Windows Key + R
, enter%appdata%
and delete Blitz directory - Press
Windows Key + R
, enter%localappdata%
and delete Blitz directory - Download the latest Blitz version on https://blitz.gg and install it
Follow the following steps for Mac:
- Quit Blitz
- Remove Blitz from the applications folder
- Open your finder, press
Command + Shift + G
, enter~/Library/Application Support/
and remove the Blitz directory - Download the latest Blitz version on https://blitz.gg and install it
