Everything I Do As Progress

When things get tough it’s difficult to see things from a different standpoint. Our thoughts during this moment usually run from the worst to one of the worst things that might happen. A lot of worries, stress, and overthinking. All add up resulting in an imbalanced body.
It happens to me too.
I know how hard it is to see the light.
I know how hard it is to have a positive mindset.
I know it is hard. Very hard.
What I want to share with you that worked for me is I think of it as progress. I think of it like a series of events that eventually will come and go.
I don’t think of it as something useless. I think of it as useful for my next journey.
I think of it as a learning experience allowing me to be wiser.
From a goal-setting perspective, I don’t usually think about how to destroy the big mountain. I think of it how I will be able to destroy it on a consistent basis.
Think of everything as progress towards what you want. Everything you do whatever happens is a process. If only we can see things from a granular perspective, it would probably make sense.
Take things one day at a time. No matter how small or little your progress today, it is still progress.
