Ten years ago, Teresa and I embarked on a journey to create something unique — a company that would not just be our workplace but a second home, and a home for creativity, innovation, and honesty. We wanted Blixt & Dunder to be a place where everyone had equal opportunities, where transparency was the norm, and where work-life balance was respected.
Over the past decade we’ve grown from just the two of us to a close-knit team that feels more like family. We’ve stayed true to our principles, ensuring that each decision we make aligns with the values we set out with. Our journey hasn’t always been easy; we’ve faced challenges, celebrated successes, and learned countless lessons along the way.
What makes this milestone truly special is the community we’ve built — the clients who trust us, the partners who collaborate with us, and the team members, past and present, who have helped shape Blixt & Dunder into what it is today. We’ve seen our ideas come to life in ways we could only dream of when we started, and we look forward to continuing this adventure with the same passion and dedication.
