FULTON MARKET — You no longer have to venture into River North for your Ramen-San fix. Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises has brought their popular ramen shop to Green Street in Fulton Market.

R.J., Jerrod and Molly Melman of Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises teamed up with Chef Doug Psaltis to bring Ramen-San to 219 N. Green Street in the West Loop’s Fulton Market. The new restaurant opened up this week.

Along with favorites from the laid-back River North eatery, the ramen shop will offer new items exclusive to the restaurant’s second location, including a Japanese Katsu Curry, a vegetarian Imperial Shio, Spicy Yuzu with chicken and more.

Pair your noodles with the bar’s selection of Japanese whisky, Asahi or their new cocktails like the tropical Capri-San, a rum-based libation with fresh pineapple and lime.

Ramen-San is open from 4 p.m.-midnight Sunday through Thursday, and from 4 p.m.-1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
