It all began as we made our way to church, a white rabbit led the way.
An eclectic mix of the brightest minds on a journey to expand our imagination in ways far beyond the physical senses.
We were guided to a front row show where an opera singing angel radiated her light, our taste buds buzzed while we took a sip of a sweet and delicate fermented pineapple elixir, we were guided into a glass room by a golden fortune teller who read our erotic future.. Our night in church was just beginning…
Laughter filled the space as bashful guests gathered to discuss their most intimate tales. Stunned by all the intriguing characters crossing our paths, we continued to a hidden place behind the altar. We engaged in an unforgettable sound meditation that vibrated with the sounds of the ancients, emanating from a didgeridoo and chants of liberation.
Last but not least, an ayurvedic chef handcrafted cacao truffles and raw cacao for an authentic ceremonial experience — we all got high on cacao!
On day two of the Angel Island experience, we set sail for a magical island on a boat journey from Amsterdam.
Leading experts in healthcare, deep tech, philosophy and impact investing, to name just a few, boarded the giant ship, eager to expand their creativity and perspective.
After a short voyage we docked at the beautiful island fortress and we entered the inspiring world of Angel Island; the fairy tale began to unfold before us.
Here we pledged to leave behind ego, privilege, power and all the negative barriers that hinder our great potential to be creators. We left the ashes of our old ways of thinking and entered the humble and honest experience that we have so longed for…
The Island experience shape shifted into many forms.
We meditated and practiced conscious-expanding rituals. Discussions on impact investing and the inevitable future of AI and blockchain technology engaged our minds. As the sun set we gathered with the fellow angels on the island, overwhelmed with the incredible energy and wisdom brewing around us!
The most epic finale to the Angel Island was the Decentralized Dance Party. Banana suits, a volcano man, fire dancers, acrobats, lazer girls and many other intricate creatures all joined in for a dance party that shook the entire island.
Angel Island was an unforgettable experience. We are forever grateful to Ton Van ‘t Noordende and the entire Angel Island team for their hard work and beautiful curation which made the experience truly transformative. We want more!
