This is not a problem if an artist is already widely known.

For those of us who are not already widely known NFT sales will depend upon either grinding through meager sales to gradually increase visibility or employing another method of creating the needed visibility.

Other methods of creating the needed visibility usually come down to either:

  • Making an NFT drop in collaboration (partnership) where the income is split or
  • Paying for marketing service as part of the expense of selling artwork.

I’m doing what I can to build audiences here and on Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram this year. With 327 on Twitter, 204 on LinkedIn, 282 on Instagram, and 683 on Medium it’s yet to become breathtaking.

Now I’m increasing my outreach to find collaborators (partners) for a generative 3D NFT series. I’m looking for two things:

  1. Experience and a proven track record in moving a generative NFT series.
  2. Technical expertise in coding a generative NFT series with utility for free drops for holders.

This is all part of a bigger plan. I wrote about it here:

TL;DR: Bootstrapping my work on DAO Data Unions running post-scarcity virtual world domains in the Metaverse with NFT sales.

The roadmap used by Yuga Labs with successive NFT drops that led to issuing APE (ApeCoin) and opening up the Otherside-Metaverse virtual world domain is an awesome example.

Doing a free-to-mint drop (just pay the gas fee) doesn’t assure success. No one seems to be explaining the huge buzz created for goblintown.wtf NFT drop before their free-to-mint drop. Many subsequent free-to-mint drops by others have failed.

I’m committed to going forward.

Soon I’m adding fiction about the imagery in my art to my writing on Medium since that type of narrative seems to help.

I can offer utility in the form of free NFT drops and white list spots to holders of my previous NFT drops. I’m open to other forms of utility if my collaborators (partners) can implement them.

With cryptocurrency still falling eventually I’ll be able to afford enough to do my own financing of an NFT drop. Eventually, I’ll have enough followers to give me the confidence to make the NFT drop on my own.

By then it will be just too late to join the party as my collaborators (partners).

I’m pretty easy to connect with through social media.

If you have one of these skills:

  1. Experience and a proven track record in moving a generative NFT series.
  2. Technical expertise in coding a generative NFT series with utility for free drops for holders.

And if you also wish to collaborate (partner) on an ambitious NFT drop, please consider connecting with me. TIA :)
