Blockchain Brawlers’ Summer BLOCK Party Week 2 Brings the Heat with PvP Gameplay First Look

The Blockchain Brawlers Summer BLOCK Party is really starting to make a splash! Week 2 brought us even more big news for you to sink your teeth into, and all of our amazing Ambassadors have made their contest submissions.

This week, we’re taking a first look at what PvP really is starting to look like in-game and why you should be as pumped up as we are.

Buckle up, Brawlers. You’re going to want to see this!

A Peek at Early Stage PvP Gameplay with Barry Greenhorn

It may be a little rough around the edges, but we just couldn’t wait to show you how the PvP side of the game is coming together. Please keep in mind, this is very early in gameplay development and some bugs are to be expected. Plus, you may notice some work-in-progress type things, such as not having a Brawler showing in the Ring.

Most game developers would be entirely too afraid to show gameplay from so early on, but we really want you to be as excited as we are by revealing what it’s really like to develop a killer game — and to allow you ample time to prepare for your knockout debut.

Card Combat Like Never Before

It all starts as PvP Card Combat. Imagine taking two timeless and classic games, poker and war, and smashing them together. Brawlers PvP will take strategy, wagering, folding and a bit of luck to take you to the end.

This design is 100% original. Richard Garfield, the man behind the famed Magic: The Gathering has knocked it out of the park to bring about an absolutely killer and unique experience to the Brawlers world.
