Kicking off the Blockchain community with a live webcast #noHype
Every now and then there is a technology that gets people excited. Back in the 90’s it was the Internet, in 2000’s it was social networks, then mobile phone, then Data Science and now Blockchain.
In the famous hype cycle:
Blockchain is definitely past the “Peak of Inflated Expectations”. No one is sure if it is past the “Trough of Disillusionment” yet, but regardless of that it’s sure to reach a mature stage when useful real world applications be actually built on it.
That’s the future we all should be looking forward to. But how do we start preparing for it, amidst all the surrounding noise and paranoia?
