The new year kicked off with an increased interest about the use on Non-Fungible Tokens. If 2020 was the year of DeFi and Cryptocurrencies sky rocketing the CoinMarketCap, 2021 is definitely going to be the year of NFTs and their applications.

Ilya Abugov, project manager at DappRadar, recently told Cointelegraph: “There is more hype around NFTs right now. To some extent it’s an extension of the DeFi excitement.

In this panel conversation our guest speakers will be addressing how NFTs have the potential to reshape the current economic systems and the way we collect, store, track and manage digital assets and beyond. In-game assets have been attracting influential players and investors in the gaming industry, but what are the new frontiers for NFTs in the wider spectrum of global enterprises?

With a keen interest from the audience around the capabilities of digital ownership and authenticity, NFTs have have been at the core of most cutting-edge blockchain businesses, with a growing interest from the big players in the tech industry.

Nonetheless, according to OpenSea, the top 5 NFTs initiatives see a robust increase of total volume in art, gaming, collectibles and virtual worlds, which are confirming their success over the past few months of the last year.
