How to build a blockchain solution?

Days of raising millions just by gathering a whitepaper and pouring some public relationships and growth hacking techniques are over. That water was too hot for many players.

Now you need to show more dedication and track record in order to attract your audience to your life-changing idea. Talk the talk, walk the walk.

But how are you gonna do it?

The demand on the market is huge. Experience and expertise are hard to find. And it’s quite expensive. And you need to stand out, get attention, and attract the key stakeholders. How?

What about doing a quick tech feasibility study? Is the blockchain the right technology for your project? And which one? Should you build on Ethereum just because you’ve heard the most about it? Maybe a permissioned one, like Hyperledger, would work better? But why? EOS & Stellar sounds interesting, too… It’s easy to get lost.

It is absolutely ok to have those doubts. The sooner the better. We find it common, and we do workouts and collaborate extensively with our customers to make sure we’re on the same page, and the technology is in place.

But it’s not all about the tech. Business first, technology second. You can’t just go in front of your audience and show them your tech feasibility. The blockchain is so fresh, even tech people do not understand it well, yet. And it’s so powerful, and you simply feel like you have to find a way to go.

The picture is worth a thousand words

So, have you thought of creating a prototype? Gather user stories into consumer journey, scatch it, create a wireframe and do a simple prototype. The picture is worth a thousand words. You can now showcase what it looks like, and how it should work. And of course, you’ll get a better understanding and more valuable feedback from your audience.

Yeah. We love doing prototypes! It’s always great seeing someone’s face with a “Now I get it” smile. If you need a prototype, let’s get in touch, the first consultation is on the house!

Big things come in small packages

Once you have your tech feasibility, prototype, and customer feedback, you’re ready to move forward. It’s time to build a demo. The investment risk is lower now, as you’re sure you invest in showcasing your unique selling proposition. You’re ready to build and share your demo. You’re about to have a blockchain utilized, up and running, solution well explained and hook point nailed to all stakeholders — from business to tech, the team, investors, customers.

And guess what — How many demos can you find online? You can attract more attention by being among the first to recognize this potential and do the homework.

Yeah. We love doing demos, too! It’s always great hearing the excited audience saying “Now we’re talking! This is getting serious”. If you want the same feedback from your stakeholders, drop us a line.

This is all great, but I already have my prototype, tech feasibility study, and demo. What should I do next?

It’s a good question. Do you still remember what your goal was? If everything is well done, you should be able to move towards the MVP. It’s a minimum viable product because it’s much more than a demo, as it is something ready to start generating cash from the end users, not just the investors. And of course, it will definitely have a lot of room for improvements.

How do you get there? How much does it cost?

It should take somewhere between 3–6 months and five to six figures budget. We highly recommend to deliver fast and deliver often, so you should keep it no more than 3 months and five figures.

We’d like to hear from you. We’re currently working on a couple of great MVP’s, and we might find a way to help each other, too. If you’re sharing the value of creating a better future with blockchain solutions, schedule a quick call!
