Dear BEN Community,

It’s been a ballin’ time in crypto these past few years. BEN groups around the world have been growing and thriving — new educational initiatives are bringing developers into the blockchain fold, alums of BEN have gone on to found and join new protocols, build technology, and study moon math (as well as math for mooning).

I have had an amazing time with you all, but the time has come for a new leader, and it is with pride and excitement that I announce our new executive director, Erick Pinos, who will be taking the helm and strengthening our pillars around education and community.

As some of you many know, the MIT Bitcoin Club was the start of my own journey into a career of crypto years ago. Over the past year, Erick has pushed the MIT Bitcoin Club into explosive growth as the President, and he has proven time and time again his ability to unite and galvanize groups of builders, educators and investors. I’m super stoked to see what Erick has in store for the growth of this community.

Thank you all for your friendship and your contributions. You can find me in the future working on cryptoeconomics.study and various other projects.
