Recently we were engaged by PowerTrade to build a suite of vesting contracts. We are happy to announce these contracts are fully audited and on Ethereum mainnet with hundreds of thousands of dollars of Fuel token value being managed and executed on-chain.
The contracts were built with two variants, with delegation rights (as the Fuel token is a governance token with an associated DAO) and without delegation.
A requirement stipulated that for some vested tokens allowances they should be able to still delegate voting power to the beneficiary.
For this use case for gas efficiency and to enable unique addresses to hold vested balances we leveraged the Minimal Proxy Contract pattern to achieve the desired behaviour. All contracts were full unit tested.
Formal audits were performed on all smart contract code by Quantstamp Labs and Halborn

Once the token and associated smart contracts were in use we help to deliver a simple but effective interface to enable beneficiaries to connect their preferred wallet and claim due tokens.
A staking element was also added and we worked with the PowerTrade team to bring a rich user experience to enable staking and it’s associated rewards.
We have enjoyed helping launch this product with Tom Howard and the team and we look forward to seeing the mobile first Bitcoin options trading platform in action.
