For Validators
Step 1: Obtain Your Validator Key
Begin by visiting the BlockX Genesis Mainnet repository on GitHub [here](https://github.com/BlockXLabs/BlockX-Genesis-Mainnet1). Create your validator key on this page.
Step 2: Add Your Key as a Genesis Account
After generating your validator key, add it as a Genesis account to ensure your participation in the BlockX MainNet Genesis.
Step 3: Sign the Genesis Transaction
Navigate to the init.sh file in the repository and don’t forget to customize certain values, such as the Key and the Moniker. Run the init.sh file manually to complete the first three steps, which include creating a key, adding it as a Genesis account, and signing the Genesis transaction.
Step 4: Submit Your Signed Genesis Transaction
Execute the signed Genesis transaction and submit it by creating Your own branch and then make a Pull Request. Visit (https://github.com/BlockXLabs/blockx-gentx-mainnet) to submit the JSON file as a Pull Request on a new branch. Add the transaction on the gentx folder. The deadline for submission is January 5th at 12 pm ET.
Once all submissions are collected, we will compile them to generate an updated genesis.json file containing details of all participating validators. This file will be made available on the BlockX Genesis Mainnet repository https://github.com/BlockXLabs/BlockX-Genesis-Mainnet1 for download.
Step 5: Fill up the Validator form

Step6: Register your Account in the BlockX Launchpad Portal
Create your account at BlockX Launchpad Portal with the same email. We encourage you to buy tokens directly to increase your stake in the ecosystem for Validator deals, perks, bonuses, and airdrops. Email at contact@blockxnet.com post investment for the benefits
Testnet + Mainnet
We will keep the Testnet running and need validator support to do so. So for running the testnet, validators will get a 25% Bonus on the rewards.
Chain ID of BlockX Testnet is 50
The chain ID of BlockX MainNet is 100
Submission Deadline and MainNet Launch Date
Validators have until January 5th, 2024, 12 pm ET, to submit their gentxs. The MainNet will launch with the Genesis block on January 10th, 2024.
Rewards for Genesis Validators
As a token of appreciation, each Genesis Validator will receive 10,000 BCX. Additionally, there are a limited number of validator slots available.
Furthermore:
- Each Genesis Validator will receive a delegation of 500,000 BCX from the Foundation.
- Bonus tokens will be allocated for validators running services, testnet nodes, or those with arrangements with the Foundation.
- Validators who have invested any amount will enjoy a 500,000 BCX + 5x delegation of their investment amount
- Up to 200 million Bonus tokens, as part of a 1:1 Bonus, will be auto-staked among validators, with a preference for those who have invested in prorate of holdings, investment, services, etc

- January 10, 2024: BlockX MainNet Genesis & Snapshot on Polygon network for 1:1 Bonus
